As a user you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g. identification data, contacts, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data is processed solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Auric Lendmere – whether manually or via AI automations – are your sole responsibility and are made at your own risk. Auric Lendmere provides a technical infrastructure but does not offer personal financial advice, recommendations or guaranteed profits. For material changes you may close your account.
